The above has been taken from the email which Woody(Club Secretary) sent to all members on 29th April. The email contained instructions for payments and the Club Bank Account details, needed for bank transfers.

What are Green Fees?
These are payments for the upkeep of the green and are payable for every time we use the green for bowling. They are separate from any match fees and the membership subscription.
Continental Landscapes Ltd maintain the green on behalf of the Council throughout the year.
Their charges apply to everyone using the green for bowling, including matches, roll-ups, individual practise and any informal play. If you bring family or friends along for a roll-up, please include their fee with your own.
It is surprising how the hours mount up!
The most convenient way to pay the green fees is to transfer the money into the Club's bank account, with the payee reference "Green fees". Most of us pay for the season ticket and the transfer can be done anytime.
If paying by the hour, please make a note of how many hours you have played as you go through the year, and transfer the appropriate money by late September, or when you know you won't be playing any more bowls. I will transfer the money to Continental Landscapes Ltd in one or two lump sums, notifying them of the transfer details. Continental Landscapes Ltd prefer to be paid in this way.
It is fine if you prefer to pay session by session, and if you don't do bank transfers I'll be happy to take cheques (made out to Teddington Bowling Club) or cash at any time and I'll pay them into our bank account, keeping appropriate records.
The whole system works on trust. It is important that we collect and pay the green fees responsibly
